Research & Developments
We have our own internal development team based at our head office in Coventry. Within our team we have a wealth of experience in both Hardware and Software design and development.
With the development team forming such an integral part of our company, we ensure they are closely in contact with the operational and customer facing side of the business to tailor development to meet the needs of the users and installers of our systems.
Survey & Design
We have a hugely experienced design team with experience of working on a range of projects from commercial applications through to the highest security, government and Utility projects.
We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance as standard against all our designs and work very closely with our clients to ensure all designs meet the operational requirements of the sites.
The design team are familiar with the highest security standards working on Nuclear and CPNI projects but also appreciate and understand that security has to fit with the primary operation of the site.
The only way to understand the requirements of a customer and site fully is by visiting the site and seeing the reality of the project and not just a drawing. Offering full on site survey, specification and design is key to our site specific design approach. Site surveys are offered as no obligation service, ensuring the right technology and solution is selected.
Installation
Our systems have been designed to be quicker and easier to install than other electronic security systems. Taking the “black art” out of the systems and making them more efficient to install.
We provide complete training on all of systems enabling them to be installed by our dealers with ease. However, many of our dealers will ask for either installation assistance or complete installation service depending upon circumstances. We have therefore retained our own installation teams to provide assistance when required.
Holding all relevant training cards from CSCS and IPAF through to EUSR cards, our installation teams are capable and cleared to work on all sites. With their experience of working on our systems they also bring a wealth of knowledge to the projects they work on.
Specification
With a complete range of solutions for perimeter security and a wealth of experience across sectors our design team are in a great position to write specifications around the correct perimeter security solutions for specific sites.
Experienced with a variety of security levels from commercial security to the very highest, government and CNI, specified sites our team are able to design and select solutions appropriate to any risk and environment.
Our solutions are designed to meet the operational requirements and threat to each site specifically. We believe that no two sites are the same and each site requires a site specific design solution, but we can assist in building a framework and specification that will make this process easier and simpler to undertake.
Project Management
With a team of Project Managers who are all fully trained and experienced in delivery low and high value contracts we are able to undertake any and all elements of project delivery. Our team have experience of working on a large variety of projects from small security installations through to fully integrated multimillion pound projects.
They are used to working within CDM regulations and working in difficult environments, but due to their experience are able to minimise the impact of this on project delivery.
Between the team we have all levels of project management skills from Prince 2 to NEBOSH & IOSH qualifications. Throughout our team is the focus on delivering the project while understanding that the project comes second to the normal operations of the site
Training
We offer training on all of our systems. From design and installation through to sales and standards. Training courses are available to be booked regularly throughout the year. All of our Accredited Dealers must complete full training on our systems in order to become Accredited.
The training is hosted at our Head Office in Coventry and is delivered by our in house petal (PTLLS) qualified trainers.
We can also provide onsite training for the installation of our systems. We are well aware that training in the demo room and on site can be a world apart and this is something we encourage with all of our new installers to ensure the systems are installed as efficiently as possible without affecting the standard of the install.
