Introducing James Jones our new Operations Manager

Harper Chalice are delighted to announce that they have appointed a new Operations Manager, James Jones.

James joins Harper Chalice from a different sector and has no previous experience in the security industry, however he brings with him a wealth of experience of delivering a wide range of projects. He has a proven record of successfully managing multiple teams and projects concurrently and ensuring customer service and satisfaction remain the priority throughout a project.

Harper Chalice Managing Director, Chris Hackett said of the appointment “James brings with him a great set of skills and further adds to our rapidly developing team. He has the same values as our business, with total focus on the client and customer satisfaction. If we get that element right then the rest of the requirements will follow”.

“James’ priority will be customer and client engagement and ensuring we are meeting their expectations at all stages of the project.
